Dana M. Deupree, MD, FASRS Dr. Dana Deupree is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained retina specialist with decades of experience diagnosing and treating complex retinal diseases. He specializes in the medical and surgical management of macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachments, retinal tears, vitreous disorders, and other conditions that threaten vision. Throughout his career, Dr. Deupree has been dedicated to advancing retina care through both clinical practice and research. He has served as a clinical assistant professor, participated as a principal investigator in more than 50 clinical trials, and helped bring innovative treatments to patients throughout the Tampa Bay area. Known for his compassionate approach and commitment to personalized care, Dr. Deupree combines advanced technology with extensive surgical expertise to help patients preserve and restore their vision. His focus has always been simple: delivering exceptional retinal care while treating every patient with the respect, attention, and understanding they deserve.
